Resolution authorizing the City Controller to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements for CAFR related expenses at a cost not to exceed twenty-one thousand dollars ($21,000) and providing for the payment of the cost thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Controller are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, the use of existing contracts or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor for CAFR related expenses for the City Controller's Office, in an amount not to exceed twenty-one thousand dollars ($21,000) chargeable to and payable from Account 525500 Fund 1000 Organization 10600 Sub Class 150 Budget Year 2004.
