Title

Resolution vacating a 20' Foot Unnamed Way in the in the 15^th Ward, 5^th Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.

Body

Whereas, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of this Unnamed Way in the 15^th Ward, 5^th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and

Whereas, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the City from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  That vacating a 20' foot Unnamed Way located between Tasso Street and a 20' foot Unnamed Way and between Lot and Block No. 55-E-259 and 55-E-256 & 55-E-252, and adjacent to Lots 26, 27 28 and 29 in the Edwin Collins Plan of Lots 100' feet in length, containing 2,000 square feet in the 15^th Ward, 5^th Council District of the City of Ptitsburgh as describes above shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
