Title
Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 180, effective April 5, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 3; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," By adding projects Public Safety Initiatives, Oakland Planning and Development $4,000 and Public Safety Initiatives, St. Clair/Mt. Oliver Block Watch $4,000, South Sides Slopes Neighborhood Association $4,000, South Side Community Council $4,000 and by reducing Knoxville Business Corridor Improvements by $16,000 from $33,515 to $17,515 in Council District 3. Total cost of all projects is not to exceed $970,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution 180, effective April 5, 2000, as amended, which currently reads as follows:
The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 3, in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($970,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields:
