Resolution providing for the conveyance of Block & Lot No. 83-S-192 in the 11^th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh to the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for no consideration.  (Council District No. 9).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Pursuant to the Redevelopment Cooperation Law, 35 P.S. §1741 et seq., and other applicable laws, the appropriate officers of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying to Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, for no consideration, all of the City's right, title and interest in and to all that certain lot or parcel of ground situation in the 11^th ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania designated as Block & Lot No. 83-S-192.
