Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Amending Resolution No. 928, Effective December 29, 2003, entitled “Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to grant a permanent sanitary sewer easement across City-owned property being parcel 177-N-60 at 348 Lucilla Street, in the 14th Ward, to Kim McCoy owner of parcel 177-N-103, 7212 Raymond Street, at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh”, so as to change the description for the as-built plan as provided for in Item E, Section 2 of the original Resolution No. 928.


DESCRIPTION OF UTILITY EASEMENT
ALL THAT CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER situate in the 14th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania being a 20 foot wide easement with the center line of this easement more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Overlea Way at the dividing line of Lots 213 and 214 in the Oak Grove Plan of Lots as recorded in Plan Book Volume 14, pages 118-120; thence from said point and along said southerly line of Overlea Way South 59° 20' West a distance of 13.8 feet to the True Place of Beginning; thence from said point and through said Overlea Way, Plan Lots 256-260 and Lucilla Street the following courses and distances; North 59° 28' West a distance of 39.62 feet to a point; thence North 6° 57' West a distance of 42.98 feet to a point; thence North 43°...
