Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of General Services or the Director of the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements or the use of existing Contracts or Agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor to purchase Mobil Data Computers and associated software for the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services.  Total cost shall not exceed Seventy Seven Thousand Five Hundred Eighteen Dollars ($77,518.00) chargeable to and payable from Organization Code 220000, Fund 1000, Equipment - Ambulance Account 540100, Sub-Class 120, Budget Year 2004.
