Title
Resolution providing for an agreement to enter into a contract with the Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh in order to facilitate a partnership agreement required by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development for specific and varied education and outreach services at a cost not to exceed $15,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter to an Agreement, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for miscellaneous services required by the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations as part of its Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. Such services are required by the Commission as a substantially equivalent agency and may include, but are not limited to education and outreach in the form of television and radio announcements, advertising on billboards, buses and bus shelters, and other city-wide outreach efforts. Services under this Agreement will not exceed FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the HUD Trust Fund, PEOPLE SOFT CODES: Org. 105000; Fund 2630; Sub-Class 600; Account 520000; Budget Year 2004.
This Agreement will be in effect during the year 2004/2005.
