Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The City Solicitor is hereby directed and authorized to make all reasonable expenditures in the implementation of the Act 47 Recovery Plan Safety Net Non-Resident Earned Income Tax Plan, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), chargeable to and payable from Non-Departmentals-Personnel Related, Fringe Benefits Account, Organization Code 993000 999300, Account: 571100, Sub: 040, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2004.
