Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with SAI Consulting Engineers Inc. for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering Phase for the Safe Routes to School project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars and Eighty-Six Cents ($116,472.86), reimbursable at 100%.
