Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of Edward A. Olds, Esquire, and Eunice Nelson, 1007 Mt. Royal Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15223, in the amount of $32,500 in full and final settlement of a claim filed at CA 02-0392, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget year 2004.
