Resolution authorizing for the transfer of excess funds in Department of General Services Bureau of Fleet Management-related accounts, pursuant to ratification of an Agreement or Agreements by and between the City of Pittsburgh ("City") and First Vehicle Services ("First Vehicle"), pursuant to which First Vehicle will furnish all work and services needed to manage and maintain the City's vehicle fleet.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed transfer the excess funds in Department of General Services Bureau of Fleet Management-related accounts, pursuant to ratification of an Agreement or Agreements by and between the City of Pittsburgh ("City") and First Vehicle Services ("First Vehicle"), pursuant to which First Vehicle will furnish all work and services needed to manage and maintain the City's vehicle fleet.

All excess funds in the following Budget Year 2004 fund categories shall be transferred as follows:
