Resolution changing the name of Etna Street from 11th Street to 13th Street (at previously vacated portion Res. 394 of 1922) in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

                     WHEREAS, by request on file in the office of the City Clerk, the majority of the property owners abutting on said Etna Street have requested the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to change the name of said Etna Street to Waterfront Place now, therefore:

                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:

                     SECTION 1.  That the name of Etna Street from 11th Street eastwardly to 13th Street at the previously vacated portion (Res. 394 of 1922) in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby changed to Waterfront Place.

                     SECTION 2. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
