WHEREAS, Bike Share Pittsburgh is a 501(c)3 non-profit that operates POGOH, Pittsburgh's bike share system (formerly Healthy Ride); and,

WHEREAS, the mission of Bike Share Pittsburgh is to provide Pittsburgh with a joyful, sustainable, and affordable mobility service for all residents and visitors; and,
WHEREAS, as a proud member of the Pittsburgh community, Bike Share Pittsburgh is devoted to playing an active, thoughtful role as a community partner and public resource; and,
WHEREAS, Bike Share Pittsburgh desires to have small games for the purpose of raising funds to continue serving residents of the community; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby recognizes Bike Share Pittsburgh to be a civic and/or service organization within the context of the Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance Act, as amended.
