Resolution repealing Resolution No. 428 of 2023, effective July 9, 2023, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with Homewood Community Sports (HCS) for community liaison services at an amount not to exceed THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($300,000)" by repealing it in its entirety.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh:

 

Section 1.  Resolution No. 428 of 2023, effective July 9, 2023 authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with Homewood Community Sports (HCS) for community liaison services at an amount not to exceed THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($300,000), chargeable to and payable from account code 4029400407.53901.00 is hereby repealed in its entirety.

 

I do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution duly engrossed and certified, was delivered by me to the Mayor for his approval or disapproval and that the Mayor failed to approve or disapprove the same, whereupon it became a law without his approval under the provisions of the Act of Assembly in such case made and provided.
