Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with Pittsburgh Childcare Event, with an amount not-to-exceed Forty Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00). The 2023 allocated money will be used for any remaining PPS Closures and future community meeting days. The 2024 allocated money will be used for PPS Closures and community meetings held throughout the year.

The City Controller shall encumber funds for the contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from the following chart account:

    $8,625.00 from 11101.55.53901.109000.2023

    $36,375.00 from 11101.55.53901.109000.2024

Section 2.                     Said agreement or agreements and any amendment or amendments shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.

Section 3.                     Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed o far as the same affects this Resolution.
