Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in an amount not to exceed Eight Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-One Dollars and Twelve Cents ($8,691.12) over one year, in favor of Helen A. Wilson, in full and final settlement of a claim (22C-0323) for damage to her residence from a felled city-owned tree, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2023.
