Title

Resolution amending Resolution No. 829 effective December 30, 1997, entitled "Providing for implementation of a Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP), Area "I", in the Garfield community (Council District #7) pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549" so as to retain the current limit on visitor's pass usage.

 

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  Paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 829 effective December 30, 1997, which provides for the parking management plan for in Area "I" and which presently reads as follows:

 

That motorized vehicular parking shall be restricted to a one (1) hour time limit, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday except where current restrictions exist, and except for vehicles displaying a valid zone "I" residential permit or visitor's pass and,

 

is hereby amended to read as follows:

 

Motorized vehicular parking shall be restricted to a one (1) hour time limit, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday except where current restrictions exist, and except for vehicles displaying a valid zone "I" residential permit or visitor's pass.  Use of the visitors' pass shall be limited to no more then five consecutive weekdays on the same vehicle and,
