Resolution amending Resolution No. 535, approved September 18, 1998, amending Resolution No. 140, approved March 20, 1997 entitled "Providing for the implementation of a Residential Parking Permit Program Area "Z" in the North Squirrel Hill community (Council District #8) pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549," so as to amend the streets included in Area "Z".

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 535, approved September 18, 1998, which provides for streets included in Area "Z" and which presently reads as follows:
For the Area bounded by: Murray Hill Avenue, from Fifth Avenue to Wilkins Avenue; Dunmoyle Street, from Wilkins Avenue to South Negley Avenue; Wightman Street, from Dunmoyle Street to Wilkins Avenue; South Negley Avenue, from Dunmoyle Street to Wilkins Avenue; Wilkins Avenue, from Fifth Avenue to Beeler Street, the northeast side from Beeler Street to Fair Oaks Street and Fair Oaks Street to Wightman Street; Fair Oaks Street, from Wilkins Avenue to Kipling Road; Kipling Road, from Dunmoyle Street to Fair Oaks Street; Annette Way, from Fair Oaks Street to Wightman Street; Dunmoyle Place, from South Negley to its end; Lynn Haven Road, from South Negley to its end; 5718 Fifth Avenue and Fair Oaks Street from Wightman Street to Murray Hill Avenue.
