Be it further resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 204, effective April 12, 2000, as amended, which currently reads:

 

The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 7, in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand, Eight Hundred Fourty Three Dollars ($997,843.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields.
