Resolution vacating Estep Way between Sanborn Street and the westerly line of Lot & Block 41-G-46 in the 28th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Whereas, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that all owners of the property fronting or abutting on the line Estep Way in the 28th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
Whereas, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the City from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Section 1. That vacating Estep Way 15' feet wide between Sanborn Street and the westerly line of Lot & Block 41-G-46 including (41-G-43 & 44) (41-G-39 & part of 41-G-38). Estep Way being 15' feet in width and 90.71' on the northerly line and 90.28' on the southerly line for an average distance of 90.50', consisting of 1,357.5 square feet. All in the 28th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby vacated.
