Section 1.  Amending Resolution No. 284, effective May 4, 2001, entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or minor rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $72,369.00." by changing the organizational name Prince of Peace Athletic Association to Prince of Peace Catholic Elementary School Development Committee, as follows:
