Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 258, effective April 26, 2000, as amended, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 1; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by adding the line item "Business District Decorative Lighting, District 1" $100,928. Total cost of all projects not to exceed $768,083.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 258, effective April 26, 2000, as amended, which currently reads as follows:
The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 1, in an amount not to exceed Six Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand, One Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars ($667,155.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields.
