Title
Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 229 effective April 19, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 5; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by reducing the encumbrance of "HAYS: Baldwin Road Wall/Guide Rail Replacement" by $12,960 and creating two new projects "Calera Street Flood Wall" $12,960 and "Greenfield Org.: Ditrict 5 Streetscape Banner Project" $6,000. Total cost of all projects is not to exceed $789,168.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 229 effective April 19, 2000, as amended, which currently reads:
The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 5, in an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand, One Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars ($783,168.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields
