Title
Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 229 effective April 19, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 5; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by reducing the encumbrance of "Regent Square: Tree Plantings; Enhanced PED Crosswalk" by $15,000 and creating two new projects "Anthony Street Concrete Slab Replacement" $10,000 and "District 5 Tree Planting" $15,000. Total cost is not to exceed $783,168.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 229 effective April 19, 2000, as amended, which currently reads:
The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 5, in an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand, One Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars ($773,168.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields
