Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 229 effective April 19, 2000, as amended, which currently reads:
 
The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 5, in an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand, One Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars ($773,168.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields
