Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with HR&A Advisors for costs associated with the development of a Strategic Plan for the Department of City Planning and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Hundred and Nine Thousand Dollars ($109,000), to be paid from fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) from the Grants Trust Fund (1129400393.45500.00) and fifty-nine thousand dollars ($59,000) from the Department of City Planning Operating Budget (11101.110000.53.53901.2023).
