Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in an amount not to exceed Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($7,500.00) over one year, in favor of Sharon Kopy, Executrix of the Estate of Stephen Kopy, in full and final settlement of a litigation filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania at No. 2:20-cv-00558 (consolidated at No. 2:18-cv-01567), charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2023.
