Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Two Dollars and Twenty Six Cents ($3,992.26) over one year, in favor of Ralf Heilman and Jean Zieler, in full and final settlement of a claim (22C-0269) for damage to their stopped vehicle from a City EMS vehicle backing into it, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2023.
