Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements with Hawke, McKeon, & Sniscak LLP, in an amount not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00) for a period of one year, for professional legal services related to the Public Utility Commission, chargeable to and payable from 11101.108000.53.53517.2023.
