WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works led the design process and bid for the Homewood Park Infrastructure Upgrades; and

WHEREAS, on April 17, 2023, the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, released a Request for Proposals to solicit for construction management services for the Homewood Park Infrastructure Upgrades Construction; and

WHEREAS, a selection committee chose a proposal by Cosmos Technologies for professional construction management services.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, tare authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, for the professional construction management services for Homewood Park Infrastructure Upgrades, between the City of Pittsburgh and Cosmos Technologies. The total not to exceed cost is Two Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand, One Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars and Twenty-Eight Cents ($288,133.28).

Funds are also available in the Park Reconstruction (BOND) line item,
