WHEREAS, PennDOT has under its jurisdiction State Route 60,

WHEREAS, PennDOT is undertaking a project State Route 60 to improve Segment 0100 Offset 2223 to Segment 0120 Offset 0177,

WHEREAS, The City wants to increase the scope of work by the addition of Supplemental Improvements of items described in Exhibit C.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contribution Agreement or Agreements with PennDOT for costs associated with the SR 60, Thornburgh Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Twenty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($24,700.00)., to be paid from the following accounts:
