Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Adler and Sons, Inc. in the amount of Eight Thousand and Nine Hundred Dollars ($8,900.00) for tree removal work at Dodds and Potomac Ave., chargeable to and payable from 6090000123.54207.00.
