Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Brennan Thrower in an amount not to exceed Eighteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($18,000.00) in full and final settlement of a discharge grievance. Funds are chargeable to and payable from the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police, JDE account 11101.230000.51.51101.2023.
