Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of BAER Solutions LLC, 2801 Seven Mile Ferry Road, Clarksville, TN 37040, in an amount not to exceed EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($8,400.00), for an advanced train-the-trainer firearms instruction course. Funds are chargeable to and payable from the Public Safety Training Trust Fund, JDE Account 2300246900.53301.00.
