Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with Outwith Studios LLC to conduct housing discrimination research and develop recommendations, at a cost not to exceed Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($49,900), which is chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

Community Development Block Grant                          0588890120.53901.00      $49,900.00

Section 2:                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
