Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Youth Enrichment Services, Inc, for the purpose of developing programming to encourage Learn and Earn participants to sign up for bank accounts at an overall cost to the City not to exceed EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ($18,200.00) DOLLARS, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund job number 0229400395.

Section 2.                     The Agreement or Agreements, and Amendments thereto, shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
