Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                      The Mayor and the Director of Department Public Works on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Riverlife for the purpose of renovating Allegheny River Front Park in an amount not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED ($499,900.00) chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund job number 4029400426.

Section 2.                     the Agreement or Agreements, and Amendments thereto, shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
