Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Staunton Farms Foundation for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($17,500.00) to conduct harm reduction, mental health, and first aid trainings for first responders and community members working downtown, and to faith leaders in the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Department of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Staunton Farms Foundation in order to receive a grant award of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($17,500.00). Funds shall be deposited in JDE job number 2129400370.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of Department of Public Safety are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not exceed SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($17,500.00), chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund job number 2329400437.
