Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh:

Section 1.  The Controller and the Office of Management and Budget are hereby authorized and directed to transfer a total of Twenty-One Thousand, One Hundred Twenty-Four Dollars ($21,124) to fund a Food Justice Coordinator position in the Department of Parks and Recreation. The funding for a vacant Management Analyst position within the Office of Management and Budget is being used to fund the position.
