Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City of Planning to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the PA Historical and Museum Commission for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00) with a local of match of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00) over one year, for a total project cost not to exceed FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000.00) to support planning efforts to stabilize and preserve abandoned and historically overlooked structures in the Hill District.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Department of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the PA Historical and Museum Commission in order to receive a grant award of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00). Funds shall be deposited in JDE job number 1129400448.45500.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of Department of City Planning are further authorized to enter into an Agreement or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not exceed TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00) chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in Grants Trust Fund JDE job number 1129400448.
Section 3. The said Agreement or Agreements shall include a local match of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00). Expenditures by said Agreement(s) shall be chargeable to and payable from operating account 11101.110000.53.53901.2023.
Section 4. Said agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
