Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Osmium Data for services relating to the administration of the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunity for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs for a sum not to exceed Ninety-Eight Thousand One Hundred Thirty Dollars ($98,130.00) for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Osmium Data for services related to the purchase of software to help manage the reimbursement process for over 150 sub-recipient federal grants each year. The work is for a sum not to exceed Ninety-Eight Thousand One Hundred Thirty Dollars ($98,130.00).
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
2020: 1263320020.58101.00 CDBG ADMINISTRATION $ 45,000.00
2021: 1263320021.58101.00 CDBG ADMINISTRATION $ 8,130.00
2022: 1263320022.58101.00 CDBG ADMINISTRATION $ 45,000.00
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
