Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the PA Department of Aging for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of NINETY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ($90,200.00) dollars to support building repairs, including ceilings and flooring the West End Healthy Active Living Center.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Department Public Works on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the PA Department of Aging in order to receive a grant award of NINETY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ($90,200.00). Funds shall be deposited in JDE job number 4029400446.45500.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of Department of Public Works, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not exceed NINETY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ($90,200.00) chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in Grants Trust Fund JDE job number 4029400446.
