Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) for costs associated with the Sylvan Avenue Multimodal (SMART) project where PWSA would be responsible for paying 100% of the actual expenses involved in certain work described herein and itemized in Exhibit “B” at an amount not to exceed One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Sixty Dollars and Sixty Five Cents ($117,896.65).  Reimbursement(s) to be deposited to 6074011623.45107.00.

Section 2.                     Resolution No. 723 of 2022, effective December 27, 2022, which presently reads as Current Budget Amount, is hereby amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.
