Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to accept a donation from Pittsburgh Arena Real Estate Redevelopment LP, Lower Hill Developer LLC, Parking Partners XXIII Block E LLC, and/or an affiliated entity in the amount of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($900,000.00) to support in the rehabilitation of Ammon Recreation Center.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to accept a donation from Pittsburgh Arena Real Estate Redevelopment LP, Lower Hill Developer LLC, Parking Partners XXIII Block E LLC, and/or an affiliated entity in the amount of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($900,000.00) to support in the rehabilitation of Ammon Recreation Center. Donated monies shall be deposited into the Parks Tax Trust Fund account 4000280070.48106.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures requested by said donation as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not exceed NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($900,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the City of Pittsburgh Parks Tax Trust Fund, job number 4000280070.
