Resolution authorizing the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh or an Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh affiliate to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the following Publicly-Owned properties in the 13^th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 174-J, Lots 134, 135, 243, 244, 279, 281, 282, 283, 283-A, 298, 299, 307, and Block 174-N, Lots 85 and 86 (Council District No. 9) at no cost to the City.

WHEREAS, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh or an Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh affiliate desires to acquire all the City’s right, title and interest, if any, in and to the above-listed publicly-owned properties in the 13^th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition.

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh desires to give approval to the acquisition by Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh or an Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     That the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh or an Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh affiliate is hereby authorized to acquire, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition, all the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to publicly-owned properties known as Block 174-J, Lots 134, 135, 243, 244, 279, 281, 282, 283, 283-A, 298, 299, 307, and Block 174-N, Lots 85 and 86, in the 13^th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh.

Section 2.                     That the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh or an Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh affiliate is authorized to incur said necessary and incidental expenses in connection with said acquisition.
