Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to commit future 2024 PAYGO capital funds for the local match of the Department of Transportation’s RAISE Grant.

Funds shall be paid from the following account, subject to appropriation by City Council in future years:

$2,274,000.00                                          from JDE job number 6074010124

Section 2.                     This resolution shall take effect if the “Hill District corridor enhancements” line in the American Rescue Plan Exhibit A is reallocated to a different project in order to meet Department of Treasury spending deadlines.
