Resolution amending Resolution 525 of 2021, which authorized an amended cooperation agreement or agreements with the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority for the purchase and leasing of vehicles, equipment and accessories for use by City of Pittsburgh Departments, by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($219,833.99) for a new total of Ten Million Six Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($10,629,313.99).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 525 of 2021, entitled "Resolution amending Resolution No. 32 of 2021, effective February 4, 2021, entitled 'Resolution authorizing a cooperation agreement or agreements, providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed Two Million Eight Hundred Three Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Dollars ($2,803,480.00) to the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority for the purchase and leasing of vehicles, equipment and accessories for use by City of Pittsburgh Departments,' by increasing the Capital Equipment Acquisition line item by $7,606,000.00," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements, providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed Ten Million Four Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Dollars ($10,409,480.00) Ten Million Six Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($10,629,313.99) to the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority, for the purchase and leasing of vehicles, equipment and accessories for use by City of Pittsburgh Departments, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
