Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Purvis Systems, in an amount not to exceed TWENTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($20,985.00), to provide a bypass timer switch for each Purvis Station Alerting System control unit in every fire station, chargeable to and payable from the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire, JDE account 11101.250000.56.56151.2023.
