Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

                     Resolution 731 of 2022, entitled “Resolution authorizing the fee schedule for 2023 pursuant to Chapter 170 of the City Code”, is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1.                     The amended fees for permits, licenses, and inspections is are hereby incorporated for the 2023 fiscal year.

Section 2.                     The effective date of the Resolution shall be January 1, 2023.

Section 3.                     Pursuant to Chapter 170 of the City Code, the fees that are codified in the code are amended to incorporate the new fees hereby established in the amended 2023 fee book.
