Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     That the name of RUTHERGLEN PLACE, along its entire length beginning at its intersection with Blair Street at its westerly end to its intersection with Lytle Street at its easterly end, shall be and the same is hereby approved, located in the Fifteenth Ward.
