Resolution providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the performance of certain work in connection with the Hill District Master Plan in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) for the Hill District Master Plan.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreement or Agreements, with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) for the performance of certain work in connection with the Hill District Master Plan. The City agrees to provide to the URA the transfer of an amount not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
